• Fees: All approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If we cancel your order ourselves, no fee applies.

• Returns: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If unopened, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery (customer pays return shipping + 10% restocking fee).

• No Returns/Final Sales: Pre-orders, sale items, vintage products, singles, and graded cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.

• Shipping Issues & Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by the mail carrier, stolen, or lost packages. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. 

• Manufacturer Defects: Some sealed products may come with minor factory flaws (small cuts, loose shrink wrap, light box wear, etc.). We do not issue refunds for minor manufacturer defects. We will never ship an item with excessive defects. If you want a sealed item guaranteed to be in mint condition, please request it in your order notes or visit our storefront.

• Bot/Abuse Policy: Orders placed using bots, automation, or multiple accounts to bypass limits will be cancelled and charged the 10% fee.

• Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and may be pursued in small claims court.
